Let’s start this relationship off! Make an appointment to meet of our co-planner(s) at one of our offices or at a convenient venue. This meeting will be the first step in getting to know you, understand your needs and the basics of your upcoming event.
Feel free to carry along some ideas you have in mind, your Pinterest Board and imagination – the more, the merrier! This helps us begin to gauge your vision and taste.
Post discussion, we go through a more detail into the design, budget and requirements. Once you’re comfortable, you will be required to pay our non-refundable booking fee to secure your date and initiate the creatives and conceptualisation for your big day.
The quotation is shared with you via email for your perusal and approval, and a meeting can be arranged for to discuss in person if preferred. You can discuss your payment plan, and further design & decor requirements that you may have.
Once the design has been finalised, we will arrange for a meeting whereby we put together a mock set up of the table design(s) for you. This usually occurs 6-8 weeks prior to the event date. This allows for you to understand, add or change anything you may like.
Now is the time where we completely take all the weight off your shoulders, let you enjoy your upcoming pre-wedding weeks.
